Question: Why have a coach?
Answer: A coach asks questions, provides insight and shares skills to help you reach your goals, solve your problems and make the most out of you and your opportunities. The increased focus and accountability encourage you to accomplish more, more quickly than you will on your own.
Question: How does coaching work?
Answer: Coaching is delivered during regular sessions by telephone or email/Internet messenger. The frequency and schedule of these contacts will be set up during the initial interview. Through this initial interview, we will determine your level of need for coaching services. During our scheduled phone contact, you and I discuss what's going on in your life and specific things you need to focus on. Homework is assigned and progress is tracked. This interaction creates clarity and moves you into action. Between phone calls, email communication and some online live help is available.
Question: Does coaching by telephone work?
Answer: Coaching by telephone is enormously successful. Most clients find they avoid visual distractions and focus more easily by telephone. It's convenient, time- and cost-effective. Most clients hire a coach because they are busy and need to focus and telephone/Internet contact are preferable.
Question: How would I get started?
Answer: Just click the sign up link on left hand side of this page and fill out your information and make payment. After your payment is receive I will set up a get-acquainted interview. It is a chance for you and I to get to know one another, This enables you to ask questions about the coaching relationship, goals that you have, and find out if I have the training and background to understand your situation and determine what it is you really need from a coaching relationship.
